I found the PK I bought 2 years ago very easy to use. My recent purchase required me to register with a password. The initial steps to activate were not so clear on the program. MJ with customer service responded promptly to my e-mail and showed me how to how to register and start using immediately. Great product and great service!

Thanks to AARON Customer Care Support, I am now able to upload my pictures and videos to my Picture Keeper Pro SSD 500GB. I had purchased my Picture Keeper Pro SSD on June 18,2024, but I waited too long to try backing up pictures/videos. It was my mistake, I assumed because I had previously purchased 3 of the smaller picture keepers for my I Phone and even used one of them to back up pictures from my MACBOOK PRO that it would be very easy to use. I had passed the 30 day window to return, when I decided to try backing up my pictures/videos from my MacBook Pro to the Picture Keeper SSD Pro 500GB.. I tried to back up my pictures a few times, but I couldn't get pass the update new installation button, each time I would get a revolving rainbow circle. I even called Apple Tech advisor and we did a screen share and they still couldn't figure out how to update the new installation. So finally.,I sent an email, left a voicemail and a text to customer support. I knew by voice message when I called that customer support was being inundated with a high volume of calls and it would take some time to get a response back, I waited a few weeks with no response. I had all but given up hope on this larger picture keeper for MACS. I then decided to give it to my husband ,so he could give picture keeper to a friend who wanted one. I'm elated to say AARON from customer support finally contacted me, he was so courteous, professional and friendly and apologized for the delay…
